How to share a printer ?

to share a printer on a local network enter the Control Panel

display device and printers

Right-click the desired printer and select Printer Properties option

check both box and select a share name

press apply then ok ,to confirm that the printer is shared  you can find a hand under the printer or two head on windows 7 .

congratulation, the printer is now shared .
